Pre-Listing Inspections - To better assist a home seller in obtaining their desired price, to help them to provide an accurate disclosure of the home systems, and to provide a prospective buyer with a realistic and comfortable presentation of the property, the Certified Home Inspector of Home Inspection Services of Missouri will perform a complete and impartial inspection and provide the seller with the information necessary to accurately describe the home.

Warranty Inspections - When you have your new home built, the builder will provide you with a warranty that is usually good for one year from the date you closedon the property. Don't let that warranty expire without having a complete inspection - alerting you as to what items will need your attention while the warranty is still in effect. We recommend that this inspection be performed not later than 30 days prior to the expiration date of the warranty to allow for any follow-up analysis that may be required.
